If you look back, I see light and dark; joy and suffering; fear and courage. Although there is something that has always accompanied me …the value and the need to grow, to create, of learning!
My personal life and my professional life always walked parallel, the first with many insecurities, fears, anxiety and suffering…the second with something innate in me…the passion I put in everything I do. My teaching philosophy: Educating the head with heart.

But my real ambition is, continue my work in the city where I started and that people when they hear the name "Nursery Kangaroo" smile and think que¡! What better place to leave my son / daughter this? “, My ambition is to be the best in my work, Daycare have the best Badalona and Santa Coloma, and think that, How fortunate are all children / as passing through my Centers! But come summer, It begins to weigh myself increasingly having to take such an important decision. It was clear to me. Deep down begins to take shape in me the idea of starting somewhere else why not?, It is not so farfetched an idea on the one hand and wished me not to return to renew the contract, it would have the perfect excuse to go to a better place in all aspects.
Today 28 February 2005, I went back to visit the house where I wanted to move my business. Today I have clear what I want. I am now more confident than ever and I'm sitting in this office that I know later or earlier, I have to leave. today I know, to cry my troubles the day to put an end to my work here. But, what are these 4 walls without staff have, without my children, without my customers, without my prestige, without my career? Nothing…it would be nothing!! I painted the patio, etc… In September of that same year, I started the course, and with a 30 and many children, 3 workers and more income.
Summer 1988, I expanded Nursery , building a more class on the playground, because this was very big. In September of that year, increased my clientele, as well as my billing.
A few years later, Beyond the 92, I again extend the house, this time a plant mounting him more, and what made , the number of children do not come down from 60 and my annual turnover outside XXXXXX pts. more or less already I had 5 my office workers, very good reputation and prestige that was beginning to take shape.
In the year 94 I left to take the class, to devote to the office and just steps several.
From the course 95-96, auxiliaries could put all kinds, to assist the Educadoras and I could afford, have the 7 workers on staff, so that everything worked perfectly. yes…there has been no year, I would not have done some investment.
Since I started up today, I was raising prices , sometimes according to the IPC in other , to get to the day with the price of the market. For years'm one of the most expensive Nursery of Santa Coloma and Badalona.
just , for fear of losing something, I had built with much effort, sweat and tears, decide Year 2000, buy a house near here, although in Badalona. through "soil in ruins" xxxxx million, and I throw it up again.
The 15 January the 2002 inaugurate "Home d'Infants Canguro" in Badalona. In September of the following year (2003), the d'Infants Llar Santa Coloma was filled as never. By this I mean to imply, that if something important in life you struggle endlessly to get.
A few months later my personal life takes a new turn and I find myself alone with a child almost 5 years ,a girl 4 months , a house and two businesses carry to pull to front. Today, my situation has not changed, but I find myself with enough strength to start again, or rather, continue!! I intend to riding the d'Infants Llar de Badalona, I was to make sure my future professional , if it already had in Santa Coloma I failed me, but now I see that the time is coming , I do not want , or lay off half of my personal, or disappear as if it never existed.
I want and desire to continue working in the City of Santa Coloma and that is why I decided to move my business. I have a highly qualified staff, qualified, experienced and among all, we are a great team. Some of my employees have been with me since I started. I have a steady clientele, a job that is safe. And a lot of faith, enthusiasm and hope.
Well truth is, that my work has a high risk, as we work with the children of others, but…What work does not have a risk?.

” Almost 33 years I built a little boat with little savings they had and something that my family gave me, as inexperienced sailor, but with many illusions , I wanted to sail the seas and on each island that was , cabin boy up in my little boat. There came a day when the little boat was small and together made a new, I was beginning to feel like a buccaneer and decided to ascend to the Grumetes Mariners who jumped first. Live many adventures, sometimes tempestuous sea and felt fear or storm dragged us inhospitable places, and every place was a Grumete wanting to take to the sea. And as always, Some, the pure soul, They continued on my boat, Something bigger , others had to jettison, yes, near a shore where land is sighted!!, and others decided to choose another boat because they wanted another destination, less uncertain, safer….. And they kept passing the years and I already felt like a Captain, my sailors climbed to Bucs, Grumetes to the Mariners and I looked more Grumetes, because the time had come to make a big boat , pretty, magical, special, only, where storms we did not return to port, perhaps a stone cliff to destroy all my illusions. There were a whole crew, where there was a good captain, Bucs a responsible and who could delegate, Sailors workers and faithful, and a Grumetes who were always willing to lend a hand and help. We also had a few little darlings board, They are going from top to bottom, wherever you send them. Over the years it was time to get back to the day with new technologies and that was when I decided to buy the best boat in the world ... and I did ... and most of my people followed me. Today I continue to command of the ship, I am more tired, but my crew makes my soul calms down Pirata, and when a storm or sea wants to take me with him, then she drew strength from where they do not have and together we make our ship wrecked not. At school , still a child, the teacher, Once in a while, we wondered what we wanted to be higher and I always the ever, Master told him , but language, To teach ……throughout my professional life I have had, wanted and desired teaching…and I have gotten, because all my disciples, Pupils, daughters adaptivas….my great treasures , They were growing up and believing in me , That's why trained as professionals ….clear that if I had sown on dirty ground, or dead, this would not have happened…I was planting on clean earth, good, where the sun did not burn and the rains did not form gaps…….each of the little people who played on my door, to stay with me, It was and is very brave, pure soul, noble sentiments, true vocation, Total delivery…..I planted with my help
grew straight………….per the merit is not only mine, the credit goes to each particular, to follow the lessons to the letter and because it was born to do so.
I have so many, but saved many memories in my heart ... because with the passage of time, You forget the bad and you have left…how well you were happy in some special moments, so you laughed with that situation, how excited you wore for some detail that made you……….I have so many memories with them could write a book, what if, studied early childhood education. The passion…if not passionate about what I do ... I already paid for it…I am unable to do. 'I need inspiration ... need to feel passionate about new challenges!! “Never force your children, to do something they do not like, careers that do not want to do, go places to learn things you do not want to learn, ….give them the freedom to choose, and if you do not want to study, to work, nor is earning a pittance, and work on what you like, If you can achieve clear, if I feel understood / a for you / as , supported and not judged….You can find your way, the way he wants, not that impose.
